Best Time for the Migration:
January–March: Southern Serengeti (calving season in Ndutu).
June–July: Western Corridor (Grumeti River crossings).
August–October: Northern Serengeti (Mara River crossings).

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Activities: Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your hotel in Arusha. Relax and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Activities: Start your safari with a visit to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy a full-day game drive.

Day 3: Tarangire – Central Serengeti (Seronera)

Activities: Drive to Serengeti National Park (approx. 5-6 hours) with a scenic route through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Explore the Seronera Valley, a wildlife hotspot, and enjoy an afternoon game drive.

Day 4: Full Day in Central Serengeti

Activities: Explore the Central Serengeti, known for resident predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Depending on the season, you may encounter migrating herds of wildebeest and zebras.

Day 5: Central Serengeti – Northern Serengeti

Activities: Travel to the Northern Serengeti to witness the Great Migration river crossings at the Mara River (seasonal). The crossings are dramatic and thrilling, with predators like crocodiles lurking nearby.

Day 6: Full Day in Northern Serengeti (Mara River)

Activities: Spend the day following the migration along the Mara River. Witness river crossings, large herds of wildebeest, and predators like lions and hyenas hunting.

Day 7: Northern Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Activities: Depart the Serengeti and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, stopping for scenic views and cultural experiences at a Maasai village.

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater Tour

Activities: Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. Spot the Big Five and other wildlife in this unique ecosystem. Enjoy lunch by the hippo pool before heading back to Arusha.

Day 9: Departure
